60 ml suspension

Each 100 ml suspension (after reconstitution) contains:

Nitazoxanide 2 gm

Diarrhea caused by Giardia lamblia or Cryptosporidium parvum:

Nitazoxin for oral suspension (patients 1 year of age and older) is indicated for the

treatment of diarrhea caused by giardia lamblia or cryptosporidium parvum.

Nitazoxin for oral suspension has not been shown to be superior to placebo for the

treatment of diarrhea caused by cryptosporidium parvum in HIV-infected or

immunodeficient patients.
